Vertex Electric started with Scott Ryan’s desire to build a business he could be proud of. This includes doing quality work that he loves, treating people well and serving the community he calls home.
Scott began his electrical career through a five-year IBEW apprenticeship. Since then, his work has taken him from small residential and commercial projects to large-scale distribution and infrastructure projects. Through it all, he’s learned the value of hard work, following through and paying attention to the little details.
With Vertex Electric, Scott brings that same care to homes and business throughout Central Oregon. Whether you have an outlet that stopped working, lighting that needs updating or a project you want to discuss, he wants you to feel comfortable asking questions and confidence in the person doing the work.

Scott started Vertex Electric to bring his experience and attention to detail to the homes and businesses of Central Oregon. He wants customers to feel heard, comfortable asking questions and confident that their project matters.
His goal is to build a company known for quality work, honest communication and taking care of people. That means following through, respecting your home or business and taking responsibility for the finished work.

Scott loves calling Central Oregon home, where he lives with his wife and their two daughters. Whether it’s a weekend camping trip, a day paddleboarding on the Cascade Lakes or simply enjoying the beauty of Central Oregon, he treasures the life his family gets to enjoy here.
Faith, family and a strong work ethic are at the heart of who Scott is. He values his community, the people around him and the relationships built along the way. He believes in keeping his word, lending a hand and putting care into whatever he takes on.
